This is the first time I’ve taken part in this linky, in fact it’s pretty much the first time I’ve seen it. But I am nothing but a positive person so listing some reasons to be cheerful is right up my street.
- My back appears to be on the mend and I’m able to start doing some running. Doing exercise is absolutely essential to my mental health so this is a very good thing. I did 5 miles with the hound on Christmas day and felt good.
- I have 1 month left of commuting by bus before we buy a second car. Using the bus has actually been pretty good and is definitely cheaper than driving, but it’ll be nice to be able to get home in 45 mins rather than 90. Then I can put my wee girl to bed every night.
- I’ve had some really positive feedback at work this week from people in other departments, really gives you a boost to know that you are appreciated and they enjoy working with you.
Well that was pretty easy wasn’t it? If you fancy joining in you can click the badge below and link up your post.

I love this linky. Not done it for a while. It’s a great way to see the good things in life every week rather than dwelling on the frustrations. Glad things are going well for you, Ben. Especially on the back front.

Ohh another man joining in, how great! Fabulous to have you.
Will be nice for you to get a second car so you can get home earlier. 90 minutes is a long journey!

Been doing the commute for 2 years now and before that 5 years of a 1 hour commute. Just normal life so far, does mean I get some good time to write blogs though 🙂
